By using this website, purchasing a product and/or completing the registration process you agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and accept the disclaimers that you have understood these Terms and Conditions.

Established for Design reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and those amendments will be effective immediately upon being published on this website. Established for Design reserves the right to change information and or pricing at any time.

This website may be accessed for personal, non commerical use only.

By registering you agree that you are over the age of 18.

SHIPPING

Established for design ships within 48 hours from receipt of order. When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email .

We take complete care to ensure our inventory is always up to date, if however the item you have selected has sold out between updates of stock availability on our website we will contact you immediately by phone or email to advise you of a new delivery time frame.

Please understand that a delay may occur if your credit card was declined or if your address requires verification due to insufficient information.

All prices quoted are in $AUD.

SHIPPING PRICES

Australia: all orders flat rate $10

Worldwide: We do not ship internationally.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

We take great care to ensure your order is packed in a protected manner however if an order unfortunately arrived damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt of damaged package by email at hello@establishedfordesign.com.au with a description of damage and also a digital image of the damage. We will access the damage on a case-by-case basis and rectify the issue as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. All prices shown exclude delivery costs.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.

Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or remaining after partial redemption.

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
The value shown on a Gift Card includes GST.
Gift Cards are partially redeemable and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If the Gift Card holder's purchase exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay for the difference in price between the value of the Gift Card and the price of the goods or services.

Established for Design is not liable for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

SSL SECURITY

Established for Design is powered by Shopify. Shopify stores include a 128 bit SSL certificate that's used by the store shopping cart. As well, Shopify's ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been confirmed by us there can be no cancellation. Established for Design reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that the goods you ordered do not meet your expectations you must advise us within 7 days from receipt of goods.

If an item is received with damaged please see Shipping Damage below for terms and conditions.

We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange for the following:
- product is unsafe
- product is significantly different from the photo or description
- product doesn’t do what we said it would

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to health regulations and is a strict store policy.

Established for Design does not refund shipping costs.

If a return has been discussed with us and you have been advised to return your item please note the item must be in original condition with no damage to the product or the packaging.

All returns must be sent to Established for Design - 287 Wattletree Road, Malvern East Vic 3145, Australia.

It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method as we cannot accept responsiblity for items damaged or lost in transit to us.

RETURN TO SENDER

We do not accept responsibility for items redirected to an Australia Post Office that have not been picked up and subsequently returned to sender. Items may be refunded if they meet our returns criteria however postage fees will not be refunded.
